Online summits are still one of the best ways to grow your following, email list and network. There have been a number of people who laughed their business or boosted their sales form creating an event like this. But, there have been many that tried and failed because they didn’t do them properly. It’s doesn’t mean summits don’t work. They do, really well. You just can’t cut corners. Doing this right can make a huge impact on your business. In this episode I discuss 7 key areas people should focus on for that success. But doing them you will optimize a summit and create the results you were looking for.
Making It All Work
Two things I want to share with you, two very important things you can do right now to help with future events like this one.
In this episode I did focus on the right speakers and a main point. And I need to repeat the advice here. Any time is a good time to locate and discover potential experts and speakers you would like to interview for a summit or any other event, or even a podcast if you have one. Giving yourself extra time to vet their message and observe them, you will be able to gauge their reputation accurately and be sure whether they will promote your event should them be involved. I focus on the experts and speakers because, you can do everything else perfectly, but if you have the wrong experts and speakers, it will be a disaster and there will be nothing you’ll be able to do about it once the event it live.
The second point is finding the right help to support you in creating an event like a summit. Find people with the right experience and reputation, so you can be sure they will help you get the job done and so you can learn from them too.
